SOAPSTONE OVAL BOX ~ (Beaded Spiral)

An exquisite hand carved soap stone box with a colourful spiral beaded inlay. Our soap stone collection is hand-carved by Kenyan artisans using hand-quarried soapstone from the hills around Kisii. The carving of soapstone is a major cottage industry in the Kisii area, and provides work for many community groups.

This box measures 7.5cm in Length x 5.5cm Width x 3cm Height and weighs 200gms. This is a handmade product so these measurements may vary slightly.
