BOTTLE OPENER MASK

Hand made, this Mask botttle, has been sand cast using traditional casting techniques. It is made from recycled Aluminium, ususally old engine blocks, pistons or wheel rims. The scrap metal is melted down in a homemade furnace powered by waste engine oil. Once cast each piece is then sanded and polished by hand, giving each one its own particular uniqueness, story and quality. This design is based on a traditional West African Dan Mask design.
